Key stages to Study in Italy The complete process for admission to Italian public universities and achieving a scholarship/Financial aid comprises three key stages.

University Applications
First of all, you need to establish whether or not you are eligible for admission and a scholarship in Italian public universities (try our eligibility check option). Once that is ascertained, you can explore and shortlist the courses you want to apply to and make the applications as per the ‘Call for admissions’ of each course.

Scholarship / Financial Aid Application
Once you receive an offer letter you can decide to start the 2nd process of making your application for the scholarship/financial aid. It’s a lengthy process and requires a few of your family’s financial documentation. Once all the documents are complete, you can make the application and await the publishing of the ranking list.

Visa Application
The third stage is the visa application, which can be done once you check your scholarship rank or you can start simultaneously with your scholarship application to get your visa in time. The key documents required are your financial documents along with show money for the entire duration of your course @ approximately Euros 650 per month.
